A Little About The Owner

The story behind the studio.

I'm Ashley, the owner of The Blushing Cow. I started this business in 2020 as Fresh Face Esthetics, before I discovered my real passion was waxing and intimate skincare — that passion turned into a full rebrand and a mission: a welcoming, judgement-free space where every client can feel confident in their own skin. We're proud to be a multi award-winning studio here in Ocala, and that recognition comes straight back to the team who earns it every day.

These days I spend most of my time on marketing, product research, and finding new ways to elevate the studio — but every decision still comes back to that same mission, for clients and for the people I work alongside.

I'm particular about who joins this team, because the standard we hold for our clients is the same one I hold for my staff. If you're a licensed esthetician who takes real pride in your technique and treats every person with warmth and zero judgment, I'd love to hear from you.

Current Florida Cosmetology, Full Specialist or Facial Specialist license.
A genuinely comfort-first, judgement-free approach with every client in your care.
Sanitation and safety habits you don't have to be reminded of.
A team-first attitude — we're a small studio, and we rely on each other daily.
Willingness to keep learning — new techniques, new products, new ways to make clients comfortable.
